In 1951 the tournament returned to Ireland where Mr Glorney was host to the first quadrangular tournament. The inclusion of Scotland made no difference to the result however, with England winning yet again. Prizes for best scores in each team went to: M.N. Barker, N. Littlewood, M. Davis (ENG), B.F. Burrows (WLS), S. Ferris (IRL) and D. Kinsler (SCO).
