The biennial Netherlands-based junior team chess tournament was open for U-21 players and drew some promising newbies from Western European countries who later became respected GMs (Keene, Mestel, Speelman). All in all there were 10 editions from 1957 till 1975. The event was also known as the "Youth Olympiad".
