Tournament review

The Balkan games came back to live in Greece after 24 year long brake following the initiative of late Rosa Sjapera. Romania and Bulgaria won two top places achieving minimal edge over Yugoslavia. Greece and Turkey were both far behind but the lessons they gained were quite useful and the profits appeared in the near future.
